After Nicky finished the bachelor IT law, she graduated with honours in 2021 in the Master’s degree in IT law at the University of Groningen. During this period, Nicky also studied for a semester at The City Law School, City, University of London and gained experience at various law firms, including Vondst Advocaten. In her thesis, she examined the impact of fundamental rights on copyright enforcement viewed in light of European law.
Nicky focuses on general IP (litigation) practice, and is mainly active in trademark, design and copyright law. She is a member of the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law.
