After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in law with a major in Entrepreneurship and Management at Leiden University, Nienke completed her master’s degree in International Technology Law at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. During this period, she gained experience with internships and as a working student at several law firms. Within these firms she specialized mainly in IT and privacy law. In her graduation thesis she examined the liability exemption of hosting services in the Digital Services Act compared to the E-Commerce Directive.
As of September 2023, Nienke joined Vondst Advocaten. She mainly focuses on IP, IT and privacy law.
