Patent lawyer Ricardo Dijkstra and IP lawyer Nadine Wiersma join Vondst as per September 1, 2014. Ricardo Dijkstra will become partner and head the technology and life sciences department together with Otto Swens.
Ricardo Dijkstra is one of the leading technology lawyers in the Netherlands. Ricardo advises and litigates mainly in patent cases, where he has a specific expertise in the areas of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and mechanical engineering. Ricardo also counsels pharmaceutical companies in the area of pharmaceutical law, including regulatory and marketing issues. In addition, Ricardo has expertise in advising companies on product laws, such as information regulations for food- and health products and cosmetics. Ricardo also regularly represents patent lawyers and patent attorneys in professional liability insurance conflicts.

As per September 1, 2014, also Nadine Wiersma wil join Vondst as a senior associate. Nadine started her career as a lawyer in 2011 at an Amsterdam based IP boutique. Nadine will handle all aspects of intellectual property, such as trade marks, designs, copyrights and patents.
