On 22 September 2017 Herwin Roerdink gave a presentation at the Social Messaging Event hosted by Frankwatching.com on the new data protection rules. With over 250 attendees, the Event focussed on the increasing use of social messengers and chatbots as part of the communication with customers. Besides speakers from ABN AMRO, Transavia, Mirabeau, Botboys, KSF and TU Delft, Herwin gave a key not on the importance of privacy, the new rules and the impact on social messaging.
