After completing his bachelor’s degree in IT law, Steven graduated with honours in 2020 in the Master’s degree in Law & ICT at the University of Groningen. He studied during this period for a semester at Florida State University in Tallahassee, United States. During his studies he also gained experience at various law firms in the Netherlands as well as in London. He wrote his thesis on the law applicable to the property law aspects of the assignment of priority rights.
Steven joined Vondst Advocaten as a legal assistant as of May 2020 and works as a lawyer as of September 2020. He is involved in the general IP (litigation) practice, but is mainly active in the patent and life sciences practice group.
